Nothing has shipped yet. What shipped this week is the door: the waitlist on the home page is live, confirming your email puts you on the list, and the list is how the first build finds you.
The first build ships December 2026. Every Monday this log records what moved and what the routing learned, until there's a download instead of a promise.
